You may also feel low-back pain, shoulder tightness, or headaches at the base of the skull. Symptoms may start the same day, the next morning, or two or three days later.

When care is appropriate, the goal is to restore comfortable motion and reduce muscle guarding. That may include a focused exam, chiropractic adjustments when indicated, and myofascial work for tight muscles. Dry needling or acupuncture, which we already offer, may be discussed when they fit the findings, not as a default for every crash patient.
